"The cashier greeted the person in front of me, but did not even look at me when I greeted her. I also wanted to use 25 stars to customize my drink, but she wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence to explain that’s what I wanted, and she redeemed 100 of my stars. I also ordered an iced chai, and it was probably the worst ones I’ve ever had at Starbucks. Very disappointed because I just landed in Dallas and I was looking for a satisfying snack :("
"This Starbucks does not seem to follow store hours as described on the app, which says it opens at 6:30 am. It is currently 7:07 am and the person working here has walking in and out once each, not indicating anything to us about time it will be open. I already sent in my mobile order via the app prior to arrving and finding it to not be open, and I'm not even sure I'll receive my coffee that I paid for prior to leaving on my flight."
"The worker entered the store at 5:50am we asked her what time she opened she stated 6am which is what it says online, here we are 6:32 and the store was still closed and when I asked her if she was opening she ignored me. Lucky CNBC opened to get something before my flight boards at 6:40"
