"Let me start saying that the staff is great, kind and honest. Having said that, I’ve passed here 3 times the last 2 months and the espresso machine is down. Only sell drip coffee. The whole point of Lavazza brand is the great coffee and the best way to enjoy is as espresso, latte and such. Me as well as other people I see coming in, ask for espresso drinks and leave super disappointed that machine is down. Management has been told several times and seems to take no action. Lavazza company should take action because this restaurant owner/manager is not representing the brand correctly and disappointing several loyal customers."
