"Now I’m gonna say this I come to this McDonald’s often it’s right by my house but I would rather drive to Valley high Drive where I’m greeted the way I greet people and I’m just showed respect and when that is too what I am pushing out good energy and when I ask for condiments I don’t get attitude I feel like if people don’t like customer service they don’t need to work in this field. It’s a particular guy that I hate when he’s at the window because the energy is always off and he’s been here fairly long I just feel Like Workers like that need to be in the back they don’t need to be front line Interacting with customers because I can get good customer service from some people here but certain people it’s a no (Rude) and it’s pretty busy all the time the lines are always long to the street and it’s just horrible Valley high on the other hand. I went yesterday actually with my daughter and she made a comment like yeah mom you were right valley high is so much better you guys need to do better Please I’m not even gonna waste my time continuing to come here because when you go get food from an establishment, you should just be able to go get food. You shouldn’t have anxiety about who is here and who you’re dealing with literally writing this review at 7:30am please management teach your employees to work on their customer service"

"If you're looking for a great fast food place that serves good quality in food and service, DONT COME HERE! they take forever that my food gets soggy and cold; then hand you the bag with missing items for what you paid for. And it seriously needs a change of staff. It's frustrating! if I could put 0 stars that's what I'd put."

"I had to repeat my order like 5x to the cashier I guess she was new and nervous which is understandable but frustrating. I swear every time I go the burgers get smaller and cost more. The tables were dirty I had to clean them myself for my kids because they wanted to sit at the tables with the game tablet screens which were smudged and dirty as well."

"Food is ok, fries are always cold. The drive through is so long all the time. At night they only have 1 window for food and payment so it takes forever. Closest to me so convenient otherwise I would go elsewhere."
