"I saw a Ad on Facebook that the news did to promote their candles . I went online to see what I would like to purchase because I love candles and buy from bath and bodywork’s regularly. They had no prices online and the online store was very unimpressive . I would have expected them to be ready for publicity. Lost 2 customers here . I’m not even going to charge y’all for the business advice . To owner response: you don’t have to ship to post prices . Many stores that offer pick up still post their prices unless they feel their prices are high so they would rather get you on the store to tell you . I also called the store and asked where I could find prices . I don’t like to spend a lot of time in stores so online helps me make my purchases quicker . I understand you want customers to use your store the way you want them but that’s not how it works . Customer doesn’t cater to business, business caters to customers and it’s 2023 . It’s probably older owners who are staying behind times . I also called and asked where I could view prices but I was told there is no where . A professional would have said “ is there a particular scent and size you’d like to know the price of ? I can get that for you in a few moments “ . If you are going to come out in the news then you should be ready . Most people will just see there aren’t prices , never go , never say anything and will forget about the store . You should be running numbers on your site using a SEO site so you can see how many people cost and leave , how many clicks , do they return to your site and how long they stay on your site . This is advice that most people charge for ."
