"I come to this Starbucks a-lot when I'm in town, AND WOWWW it has changed but most importantly the customer service has been very welcoming, quick, and efficient always great service from all the workers but most noticeable is one of the employees named Roux. They always seem super friendly supportive and helpful if I wanna try something new or different they always recommend the best coffee and/or combinations of flavors thanks ROUX AND STARBUCKS 100/10 would always recommend ❤️"

"The absolute worst and rudest service I have ever had at a Starbucks! The batista and supposed manager Roux was unapologetic about her yelling in the speaker before I even said a word. She yelled very rudely "you need to back up." OK fine, but then she is rude while I am ordering and when I'm done ordering yells, "you need to pull around." No please no thank you and absolutely no customer service or friendliness. She said get on Google and write a review. If I could locate the franchise owner I would call. If I could give a negative rating I would. I would think you care to know how your customers are being treated. Geez what is wrong with people. If you have a pissy pants don't put them on drive through or counter for God sake!"
