"Good’ol plain, glazed donuts, always great to have once in a while. Being able to see the production line is really fun, seeing how the glaze covers all the units in a uniform way. Glazed donuts, always tasty for those of us with a sweet tooth."

"Doughnuts are good, very fluffy but not dense. The service is below average and staff is non-cooperative. There was plenty of water on the floor while cleaning the machine. No body cared about it. There was no caution sign at that place. My kid fell down and got a bump on the back side of his head. The staff didn't even care about it. The front desk man was behaving like this is a routine issue and even looked weird why am I telling him about this stuff. He was definitely not ready to clean the place until I protested. Further, I talked to the manager and he said "Yeah, I saw him falling". But I think this was not enough for him to come and see why someone fell down. A staff member said we are not allowed to come to a place that was in between machine and wet area but then he crossed the same place for cleaning. Once I said this to the manager, he started blaming that I am lying. This looks like I am in a street talk. I really think that the people working their do not have any greetings for the customer. Just go, grab your food and get lost."

"Friendly staff. Very willing to separate my dozen Elf themed donuts into 2 half dozen boxes. Made our granddaughters birthday!!"

"We drove 30 minutes to the Grapevine location and got there at 8:05 pm. There were 4 college age people sitting at a table eating donuts. There was another couple sitting at another table eating donuts. We go out to go in and all exterior doors were locked despite the hours being listed online and on the door as closing at 10 pm. There were two workers inside and one manager. We went through the drive through and a young man asked us what we wanted to order. We then asked why the doors were locked and the manager came on and said that “she got permission to lock the doors due to being short staffed” which made no sense. They weren’t busy. It felt like the manager didn’t want to be there much less run the business. There were plenty of workers there to run the business, however it was clear the manager was ready to go home…..2 hours prior to closing therefore we left and won’t be back."

"Delicious, fresh, donuts literally right off the rollers, even though it was around 730 in the evening. The staff was very nice and patient as we debated on just how many glazed rings of heaven to get. And nice bonus you don't see most places these days - the place was clean!"
