"The food is so good, so it was a shame how they treated me and my UberEats representative. I had ordered a mixed box of a half dozen donuts and three sausage and cheese kolaches. They were out of the kolaches and one of the three flavors of donuts I had chosen, so I decided just to cancel. They didn't inform me themselves though, they had my driver do it, which wasted his time and mine. When the UberEats rep called to confirm, they hung up on her. I got my refund, and this location lost my business. How unprofessional."

"Update: went back one more time as you suggested. Things were actually worse. We wont be back this place has ruined the Dynasty of Shipleys for a 35 year customer. I know inflation and the democrats have ruined so much. But my donut shop too. Way over priced for quality and size of what you get. Just moved to the area from Arlington and this was a every weekend ritual. The young red head was polite and understand just cant being myself to spend that much for that little.."

"I stopped in around 10am on Saturday morning to pick up a blueberry cake donut and a lemon donut. The store and drive through were moderately busy, but I was greeted quickly and had my donuts in 5 minutes. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable too. I was pleased with the wide selection of donuts to choose from-they offer a variety of glazed donuts and many cake donuts. The lemon donut was delicious, but the blueberry cake donut was absolutely outstanding-one of the best I’ve had. Looking forward to returning and trying the other flavors!"
