"Tried to eat in the dinning room and they had the doors locked at 12:45pm on a Wednesday. There was no sign saying the inside was closed and the rude worker was trying to ignore us but eventually just pointed to the drive through. If they don’t want to have business they should just shut it down permanently."

"Food quality has declined, and quantities have been getting smaller for some time. There are enough workers, but not enough of them are organized. They were warned repeatedly that the women's restroom is without soap, yet they continued to act as though replacing and cleaning the dining area would be an inconvenience."

"Great location, but they never have tacos.. I’m always trying to add two, so I now go to the location on the interstate. *update* lowering Food & overall rating to one star.. Today 12/10/23 I was served the attached photo in place of the supreme croissant that was ordered. I will not be returning here for the foreseeable future. (Single sliver of bacon, half an egg, and cheese.) I thought I was being punk’d.."

"Its thanksgiving and nobody but jack in the box is open. I get told it will be a 15 minutes wait, so I wait patient, they finally take my order, I order a bacon ultimate cheeseburger, no mayo mustard or ketchup and a regular strawberry shake. He repeats my order back. Pull to the window and wait another 5 min while 3 employees stand there doing nothing. I get my food and then have to wait another 10 minutes for my shake. Drive 20 minutes home to find no bacon, lettuce, tomatoes etc... I ordered the BACON cheeseburger. I wanted BACON. I paid for the most expensive item on the menu and got half of what I paid for. Be better."

"The whole place was dirty there wasn't anything that wasn't dirty The workers were yelling at each other they were confused on orders confused on how to read the screen did not know what order was in and what was completed. And if the place is that dirty then imagine how the back where your food is being cooked is"
