"Worst manager! Worst service ever! I paid for three meals which they had gotten wrong when I got to the pickup window. I asked the manager to correct it but he only corrected my drinks, then only Handed me half of my order. When I told him there was still part of my order missing he was very rude and refused to give me the rest my order. I tried explaining to him that I had ordered and was CHARGED for three meals, to which he kept interrupting me & kept raising his voice at me saying I had already gotten my meals which I did NOT! Basically, I had to leave without getting my full order because he was literally yelling at me because I was asking for what I had paid for!"

"McDonalds seems like a good answer to needing something quick while on the road. Service isn't necessarily bad, but non existent other than handing you your food since they took human interaction away. The atmosphere has kind of become that of eating in front of a vending machine."

"Worst place I’ve been. The manager with salt pepper hair had a disgusting attitude to be a manager. She was so rude to us. We asked for mayo because they didn’t put it on the sandwich n she threw it in my hand. Then when I told her to be happier n be nice to her customers she told me to get the hell on somewhere n leave.?? I will never be going back to this place."

"The McDonald’s on 144 (night time) is a JOKE!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE. RUDE MANAGER! Arguing over tea because the “manager” made it herself 3 hours ago. It still doesn’t make it taste good because she made it. I tasted it and so did my friend. It was disgusting- period! Missing food. So $40.00 later I’m having to go to another restaurant for my kids to eat tonight!!!!!!"

"Consistently bad service and bad food. On my last visit I paid for my food and was told to pull ahead. At the delivery window I was rudely told to pull around the building and someone would bring my food out. When I pulled around there were three cars waiting already. I waited 5 minutes and was about to go inside when the food came out. I got the food and drove away. I grabbed a French fry out of the bag and found they were cold. I turned my car around, went back inside and talked to the large tatted up manager. She said “oh yeah, you’re the 8th person to complain about fries being cold and I don’t know what’s going on”. I asked for a refund. She never apologized for the bad food / service and didn’t offer a resolution other than the refund. She was good at multitasking though. She was yelling at the staff while she was talking to me. The guy who was waiting in his truck in front of me came in complaining he had waited 15 minutes for his food & his order was incomplete. Again she gave no apology or resolution. Bad food, rude & untrained staff and bad, incompetent management. This is absolutely the worst McDonalds I’ve been to. Go somewhere else if you’re hungry"
