"Multiple experiences with extended wait times. Currently standing in the lobby for over 20mins past time of anticipated pick up. Still haven’t gotten my pizza- it’s now 25 minutes past pick up time. When I was again thanked for my patience for the 6th time- I said I wasn’t appreciative of the wait. He let me know I should have cancelled the order. Although I was assured the pizza was ready any moment from the time I arrived! Next time we will stick with Mamas."

"Called Papa John's in Granbury and tried to tell the manager about the delivery service and please make sure the person delivers to the right apt place and not drop it off at the 1st place they see and he did ask for my address but explained how they were busy and I thought he sounded very rude. I just hope the pizza is good. 1st time to order from Papa John's and it might be my last! Pizza was suppose to be delivered at 5:45 and it's about to be 6:05."

"Ordered three large 2 typing pizzas. One was a cheese pizza with extra cheese as the second topping. Two and a half slices literally had no cheese. My wife called the manager and he was extremely rude. He said their pizza bubbles and moves the toppings around. I order from there all the time and this is the first time I've we've seen this. I understand that certain things are beyond their control but at least treat your customers with a little respect."
