"A couple of friends and I went into this location and when we walked in we were not greeted . The lady working was hanging up a shirt and then went behind the register immediately after. My friends and I were in the front of the store looking at the Apple Watch bands (directly in front of the register). And still did not receive a greeting. Maybe a minute or so later three Caucasian people enter the store (a woman and two children) and they received the nicest welcome from Abby. My friends and I immediately left the store ,but soon went back in to ask for a manager( which was not there) and the employees name. I’ve never received this type of treatment in Lubbock and the fact that Abby has made this my first bad experience is just mind-blowing. -if you haven’t realized my friends and I are minorities."

"I went into the Matador looking for decals for a water bottle. They actually will customize any decal that you would like, of any size, for 9.95. The help was friendly and they had some great sales going in. Certainly a nice clothing shop for Texas Tech apparel, right near the campus. For all things Texas Tech I would certainly recommend this place."
