"Annabel was such a great server. She checked on us the perfect amount of time. This may sound crazy but it’s rare now that servers actually pick up dirty plates. Annabel was on top of if and made sure we always had water. We will return. I’m picky about sushi, I’ve enjoyed some of the best places in LA. I can confidently say this is the best sushi we’ve found so far in El Paso. What I love is the prices!! Such GREAT GREAT PRICES!! The plates are great sizes and sushi tasted fresh. We highly recommend this place."

"Been here a few times and wanted to make sure before I gave the 5 stars, but no this place deserves it. Everytime we go it hits, and it’s usually quite slow when we go so the service is on point. The waiters/waitresses we’ve had have been attentive and they don’t mess up our orders (and we order alot.) The food here is amazing, you need to try the Sushi Burrito and the Appetizer Sampler (minus the wings.) The soups are also delicious. I can’t talk much to the fried rice or noodle dishes though. You need to check this place out, we will definitely keep returning."

"We came here because we were looking for some good sushi, and there’s not a lot of places with good sushi in town so we decided to try this. We ended up actually getting steaks instead because of how good it sounded, and got some seafood as an The interior design of the place is very cool, and there’s a dragon mural on the wall. I love the font for the logo, and the logo itself to be honest. The steak was probably the best I’ve had in El Paso, the rice was good, and the veggies were very well seasoned. Nothing was over seasoned and all tasted amazing. Service was amazing and we didn’t even have to ask for refill, I’m honestly surprised the place wasn’t more busy because of how good the food is, in all honesty definitely the best food I’ve had in El Paso since being here."

"I totally recommend this place. I tried the coconut and mango tea both had a great flavor..We had The deep fried mushrooms as an appetizer and oh my gosh!!!! They we’re freaking delicious!!! I totally recommend trying those! The soup was great too!….. the rolls we tried were the Hulk..Volcano and crunch!!.. this place was great overall, Other reviews complain about long wait and bad customer service but we didn’t have a bad experience…the place was packed when we got there but we got help by a server right away.. our rolls did take a little long but i honestly think the wait time was worth it !! We will definitely be back!!"

"Ordered sushi from Kaizen from the first time last night. 2 spicy tuna rolls 1 California roll 1 El Dorado roll The only good roll was the California roll. Spicy tuna rolls were so bland, not spicy like traditionally marinated Spicy tuna. Instead the tuna was bland and had Spicy mayo rolled into it. The rolls looked like they were made by someone who was new to it and didn't have much experience rolling. The El Dorado roll was the biggest disappointment, as you can see in the picture. The roll was covered with pieces of plastic wrap into the Spicy mayo sauce. Thankfully my husband didn't choke on it but after this experience we will never order from them again."
