"When you put a tip online, the delivery goes as normal; they drop the pizza and leave. If you don't put a tip online, they try to make you sign the receipt, with a spot for tip. They will complain if you don't put a tip, and then also don't fall for the high-pressure tip tactic. Do not subsidize the franchise owner's labor cost. They are required to ensure their employees receive at least minimum wage, even if they are tipped employee. If minimum wage isn't enough, fight for better, but don't subsidize employers' labor costs."
"Unfortunately this location is closest one to me and will probably be the last time I order from them. Ordered two pizzas, both with bacon and this is what I get. I guess you must pay for extra toppings to get a normal amount."
"I always have an issue with this location. Definitely prettier pizzas and a faster delivery time (seems like someone else is in charge now) but they still don’t know how to follow instructions. I asked for a square cut pizza on my Brooklyn pizza and they still cut it in Regular cut (not even Brooklyn style)."
