Little Caesars Pizza

"The pizza took about 10 minutes, so much for being hot and ready, but the girl who was at the window which was the one that brought my order to my truck had amazing customer service"

"I will share with you my opinion about a worker in this store and what I experienced today. I stopped by the drive thru, I kindly ordered and the lady there (which I won’t share her name unless it is strictly needed) told me the amount I got to pay. I gave her my card (which is from a Mexican bank) and immediately she got back to me to say “I am sorry we don’t accept Mexican cards”. I said nothing and gave her my “American” card and she charged the amount. Note, she did not even tried to use the other card. Let’s continue with the story, she told me to go up front, so I must wait for the pizza. She did not say anything like in how many minutes the order will be ready or something similar. Y waited for around 15 minutes or more and even people that where behind me got their orders first (I guess they asked for something that was at hand) no issues on that but a small comment to it, at least to know how much I should have waited would have been appreciated. Then, she handed me the order after that time, and I asked her about some dressing I wanted and she told me that I had to go inside to pay it directly at the cashier, and that’s what I did. I went inside, asked for the dressing and paid and guess what? With my Mexican card. With a sarcastic smile on my face I said to the lady, “did you see? I paid with my Mexican card and you told me it was not possible” She was surprised at the beginning and she said “oh yeah? That is because the system I had at the drive thru is different”. In conclusion, I guess that if something like what she is arguing, happens again and, if it is true, would not be better to let the customer know that they must go pay directly at the cashier inside of the store instead of letting the customers with this bitter taste of racism. Take some action into this Little Caesars, or is this you politics? It made feel like “you don’t got an American card I won’t sell you anything”."

"The two young men working tonight were very impressive in their ability to hold the place down. The place was extremely busy and they only had two people. A line of customers in the drive-thru, parking lot, and lobby. These guys deserve more pay for what the have to deal with. It's the weekend and they have very little staff to support them. I recommended you guys add another guy to the crew. Perfectly made pizza even during the rush! Thanks to these guys your business is still ok."

"The worst little caesars ever, they will literally lie to you just to make a sale, showed up at 4:15 and got offered a three meat combo, was charged extra for the sauce without me knowing and even though i asked if the three meat pizza was ready and even after they stated it was ready and had not to wait, after receiving my ticket, i was told to park in the front and wait for my pizza. Been here for over 15 minutes. If i knew i was going to wait i would of gotten a pizza worth the wait. This is the only place in El Paso that will lie to your face in order to make a small sale. So unproffesional, and this is coming from a Store Manager itself. Outrageous wait time for"

"Skip this location! Look at the reviews. They don't know how to make pizza. After LC kept advertising ( FB & TV Comercial) their Detroit deep dish pizza I decided to give it a try and it was literally messy under baked dough balls! Ewwww!!!"
