"Drove 1 hour went to Rally to buy a gift. jersey was over 100. Had to ask for help from clerks and we were the only customers in there. Had to give the gift with the sensor on because clerk did not remove! Ugh! Hopefully they can get the sensor off. Had to give them the receipt so they can go try to get off!"

"Bought a couple of items at this store today. The staff was super helpful and friendly. After we got home, my husband noticed we were charged more than the price tag for one of the items. So he returned to the store this afternoon with the item and the receipt. They told him the price had changed, but it just hadn’t been put on the merchandise yet. Sorry, no refund. I’m sorry, what?!? Fortunately I was able to contact the corporate office and they issued the refund within minutes. This tells me it is a store-specific issue, not a company policy issue. Do better."
