"They had signs all over the store stating take an additional 50% off the lowest price self explanatory right. Wrong not one thing I had was additional it may have been marked down but was not additional50%off. Then I get to the register an the ladie says you take an additional 20% off your purchase by applying for our credit card so I applied and did not get approved and she had the nerve to say since you didn't get approved you get 10%off. Talk about honesty and integrity or lack there of. I don't care so much about the price as much I just didn't feel comfortable with how thing were presented. Now being a store manager in retail I know how the game goes and you all have a lot of opportunitys to work on in your store. I couldn't tell who the manager was and if you can't tell who is in charge you probably need to step your game up. That day we were on our weekly shopping spree and I don't know if I will go back or take my family again Sincerely a concerned customer"

"The sign clearly said take an extra 50% off lowest ticketed price. Didn't get 50% extra off. The cashier said get 20% off with a application for credit card so I apply didn't get approved so I then received 10% off she didn't state that I had to be approved to get the 20% off. I expected more from Gap. So not pleased."
