"Don’t waste your time taking clothes here. You will have to make two (or way more) trips, and they will offer you $4. It’s a joke. I took a bucket of clothes in, the girl took like 10 Things off the top and said that was the limit because that’s all that would fit in “our bin” - the bin was maybe halfway full. She told me I would have to come back once a day to bring the rest. They don’t have a great selection of bottoms in bigger sizes - and it’s probably because they try to pay people $1 to sell to them. Save your time and sanity….DEFINITELY not worth the hassle."

"First off, I really enjoy the selection and prices from style encore, there’s so many hidden gems. I’m giving 5 stars because it’s a great place to shop. If I could give another review on employees I’d give 2 stars because the red head at the register is VERY unfriendly, I’ve been in multiple times with no greeting or acknowledgment. She stares at you like you shouldn’t be in the store, or like she doesn’t want you there ESPECIALLY if you’re selling items, I saw her be like this with 2 other older customers as well. I returned days later to pick up an item, walked in and again was stared at with no greeting, she asked if I was picking up, as well for my ID. I was given my item back and sent on my way without another word. I understand it can be overwhelming with all of the customers and clothing coming in but this employee truly makes customers feel uncomfortable for wanting to sell items, better customer service would make all the difference."
