Starbucks usually has such friendly, an respectful staff but this lady made me feel uncomfortable. I will not return back. I’m so bothered an they keep her on bc they are probably low on staff :("

"Coffee was good but I wish I didn’t have to wait 20 minutes for it. They definitely prioritize drive thru. I went inside and watched all the cars come and go while I waited for mine."

"I personally don't go to Starbucks much. My wife loves Starbucks but can no longer have regular coffee. We ordered a drink on the app with decaf, the drink was made correctly by the ticket that came in but it wasn't decaf due to a glitch on the app. Apparent you cant do that drink with decaf. The girls who were working helped us get exactly what my wife wanted in a decaf format. Really went out of their way to make sure my wife knew how to input it into the app next time and she loved it. 10/10 you guys highly recommend"
