"This store has the worst employee there (David) he calls and threatens people or goes to there house and literally opens doors and harasses people. Life happens and he should not be working there. He does not know how to talk to people or communicate with customers. The only good employees they do have are Chito he can talk to you professionally and willing to help you out and Sarahi and Justin they are very good people to talk to but as for David he should be fired for what he does. He has gone to my house looked through windows, blocked our vehicles in and gone around the house to look in the back yard that is harassment and then if you don’t have the money to pay he threatens to call the cops and say your stealing from Credit World. He literally is a creep and should be fired for what he does. It’s sad the owner doesn’t know what he’s doing or how he treats people. It’s a good thing for cameras now a days to catch everything."

"Is an embarrassment to the store in Midland for having employees working there that don’t know how to respect customers. Always keep the customer happy. Piece of advise. Being late on a payment which can happen to anyone at any given time doesn’t mean for employee David at this store to be rude and disrespectful. He calls and threatens over the phone like if he has right to. Month hasn’t passed by and this employee account manager harassing to pick up items like if us customers are not going to pay. Now an employee who can really talk and have respect is Mr. Chito now he has class. He was taught well on how to treat people. He should be store manager."

I will never do business with this establishment and I urge you not to as well. The lack of customer care and ability to properly communicate is ridiculous. I’ve purchased here before and I know it doesn’t take over 4 hours to review an application, you simply don’t want to do the work. We will gladly take our business elsewhere."
