"They’re not very understating when it comes to the time when you can’t make a payment. I’ve had plenty items from that place and paid them all the time and I’ve always paid them even if it’s late, I couldn’t pay them the two weeks which was $155 told them I could do $100 they said they couldn’t do anything to help. Well after that they I told them we want to return an item and it turns out they did lower the price a little. They were very rude and just not understanding."

"Antwone the store manager here isn't honest! I went to pick up the bed and he tried to give me a broken bed and one that I hadn't chosen. Just lies to get a sale. A boy by the name of Nathaniel came to help me load the bed and told me it wasn't what I had paid for and had also mentioned it was broken. He was very honest. I can't say the same for Antwone."

"Great customer service. The men who hooked up my range didn’t have a Phillip screwdriver and I only had a flat screwdriver, they need to come better supplies. Payment plan was great. Paid it off in 6 months. I will go back to them to get other items. Very pleased with service"
