"WILL ABSOLUTELY SCAM YOU Bought a dryer from them end of Sept 2023. Dryer stopped heating and the timer stopped working Nov 24th. Contacted them and they sent a tech out. Tech stated that MULTIPLE things had not been fixed before they sold it to us and took the dryer with him to "fix" the items and stated the dryer would be back the next day by 1pm. When we did not hear anything the next day we called every number we had with no response. Had to drive to their brick and mortar only to be told to pick a different machine because there was so much wrong with this one. I told them they needed to fix the one we bought. They finally returned out dryer the next Tuesday and nothing was fixed. They will absolutely scam you. It is what it is, this guy obviously has nothing better to do than to be a terrible human being. Just don't get scammed like we did. Save your money and go to Lowes."

"My experience with these guys was very good. We saved some money and got a better fridge than we would have otherwise. Obviously there are risks when buying used but they warranty for a short period and make sure it works properly. Alan did a great job. Him and his guys were very professional and set up everything which I wasn't expecting on a used appliance. Overall pretty happy with our experience. I recommend this company."

"Bought a washer for $300 on Jan 17th and today 2months and 5 days later the machine quit working. For $600 I got a brand new washer. So I wasted 300 plus delivery fee. Also had to replace valves after the delivery guy had problems disconnecting the old washer. So I paid the new price for a used appliane."
