"If I could leave zero stars I would. It was completely disappointing. We were waiting for almost an hour and never got our food. We only saw the waitress when she dropped our drinks off so we couldn't even ask how much longer we had left on the food. We ended up just paying for our drinks and leaving. Overall I will never be back here again."
"On Wednesday, Jan. 17th i drove from San Antonio to see my granddaughter's send-off pep rally, there were 7 of us who went to go eat as a celebration dinner of my granddaughter and her DRMS Cheer squad going to Dallas the 20th & 21st for National Finals Competition. We waited over 20 minutes after being seated to have our drink orders taken. Then it was another 20 minutes before we got our drinks. The waitress took our orders and we then wait almost 40 minutes for our food. It was the ABSOLUTE-WORST SERVICE and LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experience.....and it's ALWAYS been this bad at this iHop......NOTHING has improved in over 10-12 years. Which is why when I have my choice, ID rather go to the Skillets or Sirloin Stockade, you actually get "Customer Service" there."
"The poor table lady seemed like she was doing the work of everyone because she was running up and down and forgetting things. Not her fault, probably they were under staffed or people missing work on that freezing day we went. Management should have foretold."
"Very disappointed. We had to wait for our food for over an hour. We were very nice, patient and polite through the process yet when we asked how much longer for our food they never came back. We decided to leave and pay for our drinks. When we asked for the check they said we still had to wait to get the ticket fixed from the manager who was also the only one cooking. We ended up tipping our waitress still because it wasn’t her fault and paid $12 for just our drinks. Ended up there for a total of an hour and 30 mins."
"Family and I went for breakfast. Waited about half an hour for our food but it was very good. Friendly staff, clean and spacious. Will definitely come again"
