"If I could leave zero stars I would. Every time we go her they mess up our orders. Tonight was the last draw. I had to repeat the order 4 times ( two at the window and 2 at the drive speaker) and they still got every single order wrong. Additionally the lady taking the order was in sweat pants and some tee shirt (not bk) was rude and dirty. Worst place I have ever be to. Please close this location."

"Male Manager very rude and has no concept of what is going on watched guests leave because they were never acknowledged. I was waiting on order and was told it will be last even as a delivery order that they had for 12 minutes and refused to acknowledge. Very rude and not customer service."

"This place is busy...and they only had a skeleton crew and the manager was busting a$$ too. The burger was still hot, but fries had cooled down but still crispy. So yes you got two so idk Del Rio loves it's Burger King."

"Wish I could give 0 stars. I’ve come here before and was parked for 45 minutes then told they did not have the specific item I ordered. They were trying to contact a GM but did not notify and left me there to rot. Horrible customer service. I tried this BK out again today and again I was parked (ordered a plain #1). They basically threw the food through my window. I went inside to ask for ketchup and the cashier rolled her eyes at me. Will not be coming back. Just be nice, seriously not that hard."

"We just bought two original chicken sandwiches with two small fries and the food was old, wickedly old. Our meal wasn't at all freshly made and took forever to be made when it wasn't a busy day. This is unacceptable. Will be going to the other Burger King from now on."
