"I have had many different Items off the menu and I can say, I could not pick my favorite. One day the weather was cold outside, and the bowl of Chile was so yummy, it was just what I needed. The manger is so personable, she greets me with a smile and big hello every time I walk in the restaurant. (she greets everyone that same way. ) I am so thrilled that Del Rio has McAlister's in Del Rio."
"Although the food was good, the service was genuinely upsetting. They passed out my food to the wrong person and made me wait an extra 10 minutes for my lunch. Then when presented with an online order I paid for in advance, the workers were clueless and when I called to confirm whether there was, in fact an order. They completely forgot about the order and pretended it never existed in the first place. I was reimbursed with meal tickets but I truly don’t think I’d come back, especially with the arguing of coworkers in the back. Okay food for a worse service, would not recommend if you’re in a time crunch."
"The staff was amazing and so welcoming! The food is very mediocre, to slightly above average quality. The price tag was expensive though, $37 for 2 people (we got a fountain drink, 2 chips, 2 subs and a chili cup)."
