"We got there and had to wait maybe about 10-15 minutes wasn't told why but when we finally got our food went home the tenders were over fried they were really hard to eat"

"This was formerly my favorite chicken place in town. I ordered online and showed up and checked in at the suggested time 25 minutes later. When I arrived there were five people in line. They all ordered and received their food within 10 minutes. My order was still not ready. After a few the shift lead came and told me that It was going to be an additional 6 to 10 minutes as they needed to cook the chicken. Atlanta already inquired before, I was a little upset with this, he offered to cancel the order and give me a refund. I stated I would rather wait for the chicken. Then as I watched the shift lead and the cook in the back they were sniffing the chicken! I watched as he boxed the chicken they were just sniffing and then brought me my order. When I asked why were you sniffing the chicken, The shift leader replied we were checking to see if it was good. I was solely dismayed. I replied to the quality and the safety of the chicken was in question? He stated yes, but we tasted it and we think it's okay, was his reply. He then offered for me to taste test the chicken in my order before giving it to me. I was surprised that the shift leader failed to see the problem with any of this. The GM arrived and agreed with me that this should not have happened. They issued a refund and I left. This WAS My family's favorite chicken in town. I believe food safety training and maybe some new management may be an order."

"We decided to try after remodel and sorry we did. The order was wrong for us and person ahead of us. Thanks to the gentleman who fixed it. The food was fresh but just bad quality, not good meat, wings have no meat, the bun was rock hard. For the price, still not worth it. It's worth turning into a church's instead. Update: 7 months later we tried again (kids request) with the bigger chicken strips. This time was much fresher, more meat, and better service. Increased stars, thanks for doing better! The rolls are still too sweet for my liking."

"Tenders were thicker as advertised but the flavor is still the same. The service was quick so that's good and so was the atmosphere. It was clean inside and in the kitchen area."
