"I come here pretty often, my only complaint is the 2 lanes. When there is a line backed up, there seems to be no point to having 2 lanes open because first of all people can’t maintain the order they showed up in because of course they can’t. But then to expect one employee to keep track of what order people showed up in when there are 8+ cars in line is ridiculous. I’ve been skipped over several times in line as a result of this poorly managed/thought out system."
