"Every time I try to order something this location is out of almond milk. EVERYTIME!! If you run out of almond milk all the time shouldnt that mean to order more almond milk next truck??? It’s common sense, operationally one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Honestly all of them in Odessa are filthy and disgusting. Maybe if you’d take some of the money you use squashing unions you could invest in keeping the stores better stocked and cleaned. No excuse for this type of thing."

"I recently visited this Starbucks, and unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience. I felt that the atmosphere was lacking the usual friendly Starbucks vibe - the staff seemed indifferent and were not very welcoming. Starbucks is known for its positive energy and welcoming atmosphere, and I believe the owner needs to be more hands-on to ensure that this location maintains that standard. The high location traffic does not excuse the lack of customer service. I would like to challenge the management to go undercover and evaluate the level of service given to customers. I believe this will enlighten them about how to fix the situation at hand. There is a need to hire more staff or train the existing team to put off a more friendly and welcoming vibe. In terms of the drive-thru, I found it to have long wait times, and I would recommend going inside instead to save time. Overall, I hope that the management takes notice of these customer service issues and takes appropriate steps to improve the experience for customers."
