"It was busy. But the staff was fast and the order was correct. I've been to many of these McDonalds at Love's some aren't great. This one was. I do recommend this place. I don't like busy places so I'm so grateful to the staff for getting out orders fast and correctly."

"Worst McDonald's ever i ordered using the app, my girl came to pick it up and they told her there wasn't an order for me with attitude ,had to come over and see what was going up and 2 young punks tried to front me saying that they were calling my name??? Who calls for a name when you're picking up your food at the drive thru, not at the counter. Now you guys have a new policy of no arguing, and the boy was the first one to give me an ugly response. I kindly ask for a refund and they denied me with attitude and wouldn't even consider to remaking my order I work to danm hard my hard earn money to be treated awful like this never coming here again, thank you for stealing my time and money!!! I deman a refund!!!!!"

"Stood there in an empty restaurant for 10 minutes to be presented with this "fudge sundae" since you now cannot get a cone(?) Ice cream dripping down the side, all over my hands before ever getting a bite. Absolutely horrible quality control. Your staff is surely worth what they're paid and not a penny more. Please hurry up with robots that replace the incompetent staff you have."
