"These is the worse place can’t even make the orders right plus I come here all the time and every time they mess up the order they need more better people that can take simple orders and make them right and they have attitude when you tell them about your order once again worse place ever"

"I work at an another McDonald’s location so I eat free food all the time let start by saying that. I went to one closer by my home and got a 20pc a lg fries and a large shake.. I get my food and most of my fries are missing I barely pulled off and was like digging for my fries they fell over in the bag but it wasn’t a large worth of fries…. And I go to ask for more fries… cause I just paid 17$ plus like what… the manager pretty much said ain’t no way her people did that and called me a liar while replacing my fries… like maam I don’t have to lie about fries… I’m actually paid for my food I want what I paid for.. I ate a couple fries like most people do but I didn’t eat a handful. The hell. Do better.. ain’t no body got time to be lying and or wasting there time on something that should have been done the right way. Oh and might I add I have everything booked to order.. just for the replacement fries to be cold… like ugh."

"Ordered online for pickup. Doors are all locked even though there are customers inside. They see me but no one opens the door. I go to drive-thru. They won't send it gor curbside pickup but instead have to wait in line which is 6 cars long even though my order should be ready."

"Employees really great. Service sucks. I like someone to take my order. Also I have to ask for jelly and salt and pepper. One syrup doesn't get it. Breakfast is the only meal you sell I like. I think your corporate methods are cheap. Feels like customers are second! No way to run a family restaurant. Don't know if I will ever go back!"

"My order was made incorrectly and manager made it right. I came back to drive through, he fixed my burgers, plus he gave me an additional 4 sauces, large fries, a new large sprite, and a strawberry pie. Everything was fresh and was fixed, making it worth the wait. Thanks for making it right, although I couldn’t eat it all I would have preferred a refund. Next time if it happens I will just ask for that. Still Made my day!"
