"Never again will I come here. I experienced the worst customer service this afternoon. 11/04/2023 @ 5pm we went and picked up our order. Deal for 2 for $6.99 items (we upgraded to pan for $8.99, which is our every other week usual). Upon leaving, we saw our receipt, and it was $29 and some change. We go back, and the guy at the window doesn't know what's going on or what to do. He then calls a manager. Young Latino guy comes to the window and nonchalantly says there's nothing he can do. I state that I'm not paying $30 for lava cakes and a medium cheese pizza, and I also wash charged $2.19 for a soda when I was supposed to get a free 20-oz drink "redeemed" with 20 points. I then advised him to please look at all my previous orders and if he could charge me the correct amount. His lack of caring, helping, and being a manager were not only non-existent but just the way he handled the whole situation. NOT OK. We ended up giving our order back and leaving. I come here instead of Pizza Hut across the street because my 5 years old loves it. But the lack of customer service and the way we were treated, never again will we come back here. Please train your management to help the customer instead of trying to humiliate them by not taking the time to offer such a simple solution to a problem. Zee"

"Do it at your own risk..I bit into a piece of wood in my last order, we normally always order here since this is the closest one to us. The food is pretty good but always lacks in pizza sauce. When I order extra cheese I never get it so I stopped ordering it, when I ordered extra sauce on the pizza I never received it so I order extra on the side, but only receive it when I pick it up otherwise they never include it when they deliver, also the pizza is not always cooked all the way. The drive thru lady Jada was pretty rude. Their trying to solve the wood problem by giving us free pizzas but all of these experiences will make me second guess going back."

"After several years as a customer and never having a reason to leave a review, here I am. Customer service should feel proud to receive the one star I am forced to leave. Customer service has always been average but I would tip above average and would always receive a fresh, out of the oven pizza. Last three orders have been a disgrace! I’ll take fresh pizza over good customer service any day but as of lately, cold pizza and arrogant employees sounds like a bankrupt store although that seems apparent with the look of their wings. Fix your culture within and perhaps Pizza Hut across the street won’t take your business! That coming from someone who refuses to eat Pizza Hut!! Good luck!!!"

"Pizza was hot and delicious. The delivery was quick and the lady delivering the pizza was very nice and friendly. The only complain was that the pizza was not cut the entire way so we had to rip the pizza apart. Other than that everything was delicious! Gluten free pizza was great as well!"

"So disappointing every time unfortunately. We have given this specific Domino's location chance after chance most days its ok and we will tolerate it because we are hungry, others like tonight we just were over it. I usually never give places a complete one because they have good customer service or something that makes me want to try again but not anymore. So we get a bbq pizza for my kids with chicken and onions, thin crust jalapeno, pineapple and steak pizza as well as wings and a sandwich. Never really complain about the wings or sandwich. My husbands pizzas somehow are always amazingly made better than anything else. My childrens pizza was on delivered when i called about it the manager says "ugh we remade it he wasnt to take your order yet" mind you we waited almost 1 and 1/2 hours for the food. So i ask if they can make it so i can go get it since it was for my kids she stated it would be 45 minutes for 1 pizza remake pick up. I repeated what she told me to make sure I wasn't just over reacting. So after she hears me repeat it she states she can have it in 10 minutes. We wait 10 minutes before leaving to make sure it is done. We get there and check the pizza before leaving and it looks thrown together no toppings looks horrible. The same lady gets an attitude because I said i was not happy with it. Mad because I stated that she said I can remake it but 3rd time isnt a charm for me after all this plus my kids still were waiting for their food. I did add a photo of my husband's pizza and my children's pizza where you can see 5 pieces of chicken compaired the the full pizza of toppings evenly on my husband's."
