Domino's Pizza 2720 John Haynes St, El Paso, TX 79938

"(!!!Update,!! Just got a pizza today and it was horrible it was all burnt and dry they took long to pull it out and it looks like they stole a slice of pizza off it!!! I am so mad right now!!!) The app said my order was done and whe. I went to pick up at the drive through they told me it was just getting put into the oven. I was instructed to drive around and wait 15min and I did so. After the 15 min I drove back up just to receive my pizza's were warm and had been sitting there for more than ten minutes by the time I got home they were cold very disappointed with the lady attending the drive through window."

"The pizza was awesome. The staff was working extremely hard and being managed by a very professional woman who was absolutely on top of everything (Fri Jan 12th about 7:30pm), I’d like to see this whole crew to recognized by management with something nice for their job well done. I was very impressed with how all the crew members were working together and working very hard, pizza was very good!"

"Worst experience ever. Ordered online for pick up and arrived at the store when it said ready for pick up. Went to pick up and I gave the kid at the front desk my name and he said it’ll be 15-20 minutes. I told Him the app said it was ready, he said they were busy. One of the managers Ailany was present at the time and acknowledged the situation. I said okay and waited the max 20 minutes. The total from order to wait time was 1 hour so I went to the front desk and asked for my Pizza. The manager Ailany said it would be out in a shortly so I said never mind I want a refund . Since little Cesar’s is a few seconds away and I had already waited so long. I am 9 months pregnant with a toddler. That’s when she decided to check the pizzas that had been sitting ready and my order was just sitting there. It had been sitting there the whole 20 minutes at the store. I got there at 7:01 pm it had been ready since 7 pm. Now the pizza was cold. If the manager or the kid who looked me up would’ve just checked the pizzas I wouldn’t had to have wasted 20 minutes sitting there waiting for a cold pizza. Didn’t even bother to check the pizzas. Worst experience ever. Mind you I get little Cesar’s every Friday cause it’s our pizza day. First time I got the dominos on a Friday but wanted to get something diff. Def going back to little Cesar’s. The manager did say she’d give me a refund so that’s why I left 2 stars and the food was cooked good aside from it being cold. I haven’t seen the refund yet so let’s see."

"Ordered online, per pizza tracker my order was ready. Went to the store( drive thru) and the girl at the window had no idea where my order was and told me to wait and drive around the store while they look for it. Parked in front of store and waited about 30 minutes and the girl that was helping left for a delivery. I walk into the store and still no pizza. My son waited around for pizza as I had errands to run. Worst service and manager could care less."

"I called this store three times to complain about the wrong order that was delivered and got disconnected three times. They sent a pizza missing several toppings. I will never order from this store again. Update: A week later the manager called me and sent me a free pizza with brownie. This time the order was correct and the pizza was great! Thanks!"
