"This location is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to! I quit going here because they could never get an order correct and the worker's were always rude. My son begged me to order here for the Super Bowl and once again they got our order wrong. I called to talk to the manager and they left ne on hold for 20min before picking up and then hanging up. I called right back and once again they left me on hold only this time they picked up then sat the phone down without ever getting on. I would highly recommend going somewhere else!"
"Walked in at 11:15am to take the family out for some lunch. We all craved pizza. We walked in and ALL OF THE LIGHTS WERE OFF. We stood at the front counter for 5 mins with workers walking back and forth…not one person greeted us. Not one person looked like they even wanted to have any form of interaction with customers. Hiring people like this says more about the business and the owner. Obviously reading reviews and the problems are still persistent means that NOTHING IS GETTING DONE ABOUT IT. Save yourself a response, and do something about your business, workers, and integrity."

"Not very good customer service. Went in and watched two employees working, making pizzas and such. Neither of them said anything to me but they knew I was waiting to be helped. I waited patiently but when the gentlemen went to walk back into the office I asked if I could be helped. He basically said it wasn't his job and said I should probably ask "her" as he pointed to someone sitting at a booth working on paperwork. Not sure how I was supposed to know to ask her. That lady never even looked up at me. The other lady working the back finally came and gave me my online order. She said the lady was writing a letter to management. I got home to find my crust was flat and it had not been cut into slices as they usually are. I think this bad customer is more common amongst the younger generation but these people were older. This is the second time this exact type of thing has happened. We will now be taking our business elsewhere."
"It could not have been any worse. I spent $168.00 on pizza and the pizzas were just thrown together and cut ridiculously. Look at the pics. Holes in pizzas and slices cut so big that they were bigger than the plate."
