"I’ve never had issues with Pizza Hut until tonight. They did horrible service today I spent $45 . I got my pizza for delivery and left a tip on the app I regret it ! The driver was extremely late I called the restaurant and they told me to give the driver an extra 15 minutes because he was the only driver . He was 30 minutes late pizza & wings were cold. He didn’t even give me my ranch I had to ask for it . He only had one and he dropped it and it busted ! I don’t recommend delivery just pick it up your self !"
"This Pizza Hut is the best In odessa, they have always given up our food on time and everything was amazing! Everyone else complaining can stick it where the sun don’t shine. Quit complaining, these people do their absolute best! And if y’all got a problem y’all can catch these hands."
"Waited 2 hours to get my pizza before I called to get a refund! Ridiculous! An hour and a half in on waiting, I finally get the text that our order is on the way. After 30 minutes of waiting for the delivery driver, I call back to hear that my order has already been delivered. Like what?! I've been waiting and have not received anything! I understand there are times where they are going to be busy, but this is ridiculous. To wait this long and still have my pizza delivered to the wrong address. Don't bother ordering here. Just get Domino's across the street instead. I will say though, the 2 ladies that I spoke to on the phone were very apologetic and did refund me with no problems."
"Ordered personal pan and some wings. The pizza was beautiful and the wings were FRESH! The chicken inside the wings was good quality chicken I was impressed enough to leave a review lol wings very flavorful"
