Little Caesars Pizza

"Today we celebrated ny grandsons birthday and we had a party for him, well we purchased pizzas and it was an online order, they had the pizzas made on time and to be honest we didn't check them before we left I get that mistakes happen but I did not think I needed to do thier job to look over them. As we arrives to the party we then realized that they had messed up our order I was so upset cause this mistake was taking into my grandbabies day. Well I contacted the manger and she explained how upset I was and she said she would make them over for us after she wanted me to understand her that they were super busy and that was her excuse as to why they messed up the order in which I replied that it had nothing to do with me and that it was no excuse so I sent my son in law to pick up the pizzas as she had advised me to only for him to get there and be told that they needed the messed up pizzas back in order to remake the ones that were not correct, so now he lost time at party and we never received our correct pizzas that were promised. I will never order from here again i believe that pizzas hut is better in food and service.."

"They no longer offer hot and fresh cheese pizzas. You have to special order a cheese pizza and wait 7 to ten minutes for it. If I have to wait for my kids pizzas to get made while mine gets cold, Then I'll just pick it up from Pizza Hut on the way home, Which is sad because I prefer Little Caesars."

"Worst Little Caesar’s in this area! This is my 5th time going in and they NEVER have cheese sticks or basic pepperoni pizza ready! There’s nothing but dumb young kids working here that don’t know how to do their job. I walked in and the lady at the front was hacking and had no gloves on or anything! Disgusting! I will never return and will start going to the Grandview location. It’s called hot and ready for a reason, to be able to walk in at noon and be able to grab a box of pizza. The place hasn’t even been open for more than 2 hours and they didn’t have anything ready!"

"Extremely rude manager who refused to provide missing toppings when provided with proof of purchase. "Oh well!" she said, and demanded we pay twice. Her name was Diana or maybe Donna, can't remember. Very unprofessional. Will be taking our business elsewhere."

"6/17/21: I tried out the new pepperoni and cheese stuffed pizza and it was amazing. I also had the Italian cheesy bread and it was super good as well. I ordered off the app and used the pizza portal inside the store which was convenient."
