Not to mention we placed the order at 9:15am which I know their close but had it ready to be pick up til 10:30am but we didn’t even get our food til 11:25am… making me and my wife miss our kids school party which I took off from work for just to spend some time with the kids."

Initially, upon arriving at the wrong Domino's location for my order pick-up, I was given incorrect information by the front desk staff, who mistakenly advised me that my order was in the process and suggested I wait. Trusting their guidance, I patiently waited for over an hour. I did inquire about my order twice during the wait, but the responses were a bit confusing and seemed to hint at some frustration. It was during this time that I approached Amanda, a Domino's employee. When I showed her the same order information I had presented earlier, she immediately noticed the address discrepancy. Amanda's quick recognition of the issue and her proactive approach were truly impressive. Without hesitation, she used her resources to create a fresh order for me right there. "Ordered my Hawaiian pizza w/ hot wings. Got the wrong pizza and the hot wings looked like dog food. Didn't get a pic of the first pizza. This is the second(no pineapple) Hawaiian and chicken. 47 minutes later."
