McDonald's

"The restaurant was not busy at all Walk in and there was no service at the registers but the employees were all in the back room on there phones. Or eating fries . Didn't see any type of a adult or manger in charge of the kids in the kitchen .so the person that called out the orders numbers could not or had trouble speaking English so couldn't understand what number he was yelling out so our food sat there.and once again the kids working was now by the registers on the phones paying no attention to the food sitting on pick up counter getting cold. The service was way below average and won't be returning"

"Me and my son stopped in for a quick bite to eat. We were greeted by very polite manager named Gina. I had trouble with kiosk ordering my food, she noticed and came over to help me out, with a smile on her face although I was frustrated. She even brought us our food to the table, they seemed busy but the line was moving and the workers were synchronized and getting the orders out. I'd give 10 stars for customer service if I could. Food was fresh and hot as well, no complaints here."

"For the most part, they do their best and serve out their food. Just do yourself a favor, order over the app. 9/10 you'll be in and out of the drive-thru line faster and you'll never deal with that lousy order speaker for more than 10 seconds. Give your order number and off you go."

"Long waits, yet the computer says "now serving" as soon as you place your order. Manager is rude. There were 8 seperate famalies standing inside waiting, zero orders on the in process screen, 8 on the now serving. Seems kind of strange McDonald's spends all the money they do installing timers to improve their efficiency only to have the managers find ways around it and a restaurant full of angry customers."
