"Service is so slow. Had an online order. Waited more than 10 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. Called restaurant and they said they didn't know I had checked in. They have some excuse EVERY time for not bringing food out timely."

"SUPER busy for a Sunday. The food took awhile to get, but was worth it once we got it. Drive thru was ridiculously long! The staff was great! Friendly, smiling faces! Maybe the dining area is too small."

"I love this place. But I always go there for lunch and every thing is good. Decided to order some dinner online for pickup. Still took them 20 minutes to get my food out, kinda of defeated the purpose of ordering online. Then the food was cold and got carbonated water for cokes. Don't recommend eating there in the evening."

"Stopped by for a quick meal while passing through Amarillo. Drive through had a short line, so came in to order my food to go. There wasn't a line, so was able to place my order right away. Staff wasn't very friendly, but did get the job done. Ordered the Hatch Chile meal and the Southern Bacon Double meal. Food was ready in less than 5 minutes and was freshly made. They weren't put together as nicely as at other Whataburger's, but flavor was consistent. Overall experience wasn't the usual, but at least the food was the same."
