"Went thru the drive-thru and declined to “pre-tip”. The team member just handed me my items, no napkins, no words, just closed the window. It’s disappointing how “all-in” Starbucks has become as a company of beggars to subsidize their team members wages, even though they are not on a tip wage (vs full-service restaurant servers). Further, they beg for these “tips” prior to the actual service being rendered….the service being preparing and handing me a coffee, which I drove there to order. Ridiculous and pathetic for a company of Starbucks stature, but apparently their desire to “allow” customers to subsidize wages outweighs their desire to pay fair wages and run a high-quality business without holding out the tin cup of a homelessness (“anything helps”)."

"Waited for 20 minutes in the store for a drink that was set by the drive through. Cashier entered my name wrong. Lid was on drink poorly and it exploded in my hands walking out the door. Terrible experience from start to finish."

"Waiting a while to get someone to talk to us which I get it if they are busy. However they had 6 staff members and 2 people in the drive through and no one in line. We start to order and I don’t think she even knows how to smile. To make it worse my mother, who is diabetic, tries to ask her how she can make something sugar free and the worker made her feel like a complete burden. We tried to even out the change to get .50 cents back but I guess math is just as hard as cracking a smile for these people. We will stick to Dutch Bros where they care."
