"Went in looking for something that says is in stock in store, couldn't find it anywhere so I went looking for an associate. I called out "miss?" And she looked at me, then walked away. I called out again while walking towards her and she stood there, I got to her and showed her what I was looking for. She said "we don't have those. Check the other store". I asked another associate her name and she said Courtney, so if that's really her name, Courtney needs some manners and to be retrained."
