"Customer service was not that bad... After a few mins of me walking around finally a guy with long hair asked if I needed a shoe size. Only thing was that he did not ask me for my email nor phone number so I lost out on my points for my purchase... I was pretty bummed out... I know for next time that I need to remember to pull out my membership scan code since they don't bother to ask."

"the customer service is horrible!! me and my family went in to get some shoes just a few days ago and we had to hunt people down! all the employees we could hear screaming and laughing in their back room, and no one came out!! once someone finally did, it was a young boy and he was everything but nice!!! i kept having to find him over and over and just got to the point where i was ready to leave! finally the young boy and two other girls came out but they were no help! they were even vaping inside the store in front of my children!! basically i will not be coming back and urge people to watch where they bring they’re children!!"

"We got excellent service, and looked for shoes at our visit for school. Tried on a pair of sneakers, but went with a different store for a better price. The shoes were 97$ on sale-my son outgrows shoes about every 6-8 weeks. Thank you, Journeys, for the good experience and friendly service."
