Reviews
"This store is well organized. It is a good idea to check the website of the store you are going to visit to see if they have what you are looking for. The inventory changes frequently based on donations and acquisitions."
"Purchase at your own RISK. I had a poor experience with this property. I do not recommend purchasing furniture from here if you will need it to be reliable, such as inside your home, or with children or pet use who may get hurt. They knowingly sell things that are broken, and their return policy is that they do not do returns. I was only told about store credit after I continued asking because I found the quality of the furniture I purchased unacceptable to sell, it was equivalent to what you would find under tree limbs on bulk trash pick up day. While attempting to cancel my transaction, which had only been made a minute before, the team lead Cameron stopped at the entrance and yelled over the shelves, that he made the final decision on the pricing and what he says goes, as the manager. Neither him or the woman who refused to give me a refund had any sort of empathetic response. I hope that my experience is unique, and that this attitude does not exist within the organization that exists to helping furnish homes for people in need. I will not be stopping by again."
"Often overpriced for a thrift store. I asked them about it - in one case selling an item that was priced barely lower than the full price online - and they responded with some flawed reasoning. I’ve definitely had some great finds, though! Also if you’re sensitive to noise, you might wanna bring your ear plugs."
"Summary: very nice employees, some super deals, other not so great deals, constantly changing and interesting inventory. The Details: This place is fun! If you are a DIYr or crafty in anyway, this place is a blank slate for materials to get your creative juices flowing. There are deals to be had but not everything is a treasure. There is also a lot of stuff that is near retail prices. Look for marked down items among the inventory mess. I got 6 boxes of flooring for $10 a box which was an amazing price for the product. Beware of the parking situation on the weekends, it can be a challenge after lunch hours."
