"I wanted to donate some light fixtures. It said they take light fixtures on their website. I also called to make sure and they said yes. I got there the next day, and I was told they aren't taking light fixtures any longer. I packed them in my car and drove 25 minutes to donate them. I even have nice light fixtures, not the standard iron outdated ones. I was very disappointed they don't take them and made the trip."
"Good place to find items for home repair, building supplies, furniture, and home decor at a good price. I had been pleasantly surprised a couple of times because they had the exact items that I needed. For example a light fixture that was exact match for others in a rental property. They provide 25, 50, and even 75% discount on items that have been sitting in the store for a while. Selection is usually not that great. Inventory changes constantly."
"Donated some goods. Found some deals. Great customer service. What's not to like?"
"Terrible customer service - we walked in and we were berated by the employee to leave because they were “closed”. I have never been yelled at by someone because I entered the store two minutes before closing but I can assure you that I won’t be coming here again."
"Was trying to donate light fixtures today and had a bad experience. 1) Website says they accept fixtures 2) Lady in the front says they accept 3) The guy in the front (Ken?) says they accept after seeing pictures of the fixtures 4) The kid in the back says I am the boss. The people in the front are idiots who don’t know better and we don’t accept. There goes my time having driven 20 miles to donate."
