"Customer Service is horrible. I called the store and asked if they have mini Cactus and mini Succlents. The person who answered did not even give me 5 seconds. She said I have to order stuff like this online. I have purchased these items in store, so I asked if there was someone who could check. The girl put me on hold without one word, she didn't say hold on or give me one seconds. She then picks the phone up and slams the phone down and hangs up in my face. This says a lot about Home Depot. This girl probably does this all the time. THIS PLACE HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

I was impressed not only by their helpful attitude but also by the extensive Christmas section that boasted an impressive variety of decorations and supplies. What’s more, some of the prices were pleasantly marked down, making it even more exciting to shop for the holiday season. "After many years of buying appliances from Home Depot it became an Impossible mission. Hours at the store , ten associates standing, all nice people but no one can help. Groups of 4-5 people talking among themselves, but ignoring the customer . Appliance sales person doesn’t know about appliances. He literally told me to choose online. I came because I needed advice, he said it is his first month. They had schedule measurements to buy an oven, which I understand, but you have to be available the entire day. They don’t install ovens without measurements. I measured the space and I also know what oven I have now, but again I understand why they want to measure. The time of measurement is selected by computer and if you can’t be there you have to pay cancellation fee. That’s odd. Had to make over 10 calls to get a refund (for measurements that I was changed for but impossible to schedule ). The hang on on me of 90 percent of my calls. Disappointed. Tried for three straight days till I gave up. /// Trying this again. They helped me a lot when needing to paint a parking lot for my son and when I was buying wood for a project ."
