"The cashier at this location accuses people of stealing when he just checked them out. He also has this metal rod behind the counter he threatens customers with and attempts to walk out and smash your car up with it. If you don't want to be threatened or accused of anything AVOID THIS GAS STATION AT ALL COSTS they don't deserve anyone's hard earned money if they have someone behind the counter that thinks its FUNNY and safe to threaten the customers. The owner needs to get a handle on his employees I'm going to be having a talk with the owner as well about this employee.They don't even deserve the one star but I can't leave a review without giving at least one star."

"Typically have issues paying at the pump because the keypads aren't working properly. I avoid going there when possible"

"I just live right down the street from this gas station and go here everyday just about. They have 4 gas pumps and plenty of parking. They are always very friendly, staffed appropriately, quiet atmosphere and well stocked. They sell solid color t-shirts, incense, hats, charger cords, etc. as far as accessories."

"A year ago, I posted a five star rating for the VP located 5190 N. Franklin Road in Indianapolis. In the last year, this store and customer sevice has deteriorated drastically. Gas pumps are in poor repair and when you tell someone in charge, they tell you if you don't like it, go somewhere else. This just happened to me when I also reported a probable skimmer device on the pump and it would not cancel my transaction because none of the buttons worked. They said the pump has been like that and no one has complained and that no one could get my credit card info. Are these people stupid or what? Don't go there! They sit on their butt and laugh at someone and tell them to go somewhere else! Extremely disrespectful for customer service!!! 9/13/18 @ 6:00 p.m."
