"After having water run into two floors of the house and the basement, I initially called about four companies to come out and give me an estimate. Of all the places that I called, Ricky at EcoBak Restoration was the most knowledgeable, explained everything very clearly, gave an incredibly fair price, and was very kind. Ricky had come within a day or two to get everything started with the mitigation to help prevent any mold from forming, which can happen if you leave the water damage alone for too long. He walked me through the process of what he was doing, gave a general timeframe, and did a great job with getting everything set up. Since insurance initially stated they would not cover any of the damages after two tries on our end, EcoBak actually gave it a shot from their end and got all the water damage covered by insurance. This was so helpful! Once insurance got involved, the process was no longer going super quick like it had been, but that is the fault of insurance themself and not a reflection of EcoBak Restoration at all. I would definitely use this company again in the future."
