"The 20' mummy was a hit this year for Halloween, it definitely attracts all the attention. It was easy to set up, and does not take long at all to air it up, once it's plugged in. Also, purchased the 12' grim reaper animation icon. It was easy to put together, and it is pretty cool as well. Thank you Menards!"

"Whatever happened to the customer is always right? I am a regular customer and so is my family at Menards spend thousands of dollars a month here and I went back today to return a few items from 3 days ago when I spent $215. Like I said I had three items to return and come time to check out the last item the cashier told me she can return everything except that item it's already been returned and I told her that is impossible because it's been at my house since the day I bought it with this receipt so she goes and gets the manager which comes over and tells me the exact same thing then the cashier noticed she had rang the item up twice therefore it was telling her I had already returned it once but had she had not caught that I would not have been able to return that item when it was simply the cashiers fault you just lost my business I will drive the extra mile to go elsewhere"

"I ordered online night time and next day around 2:30pm I stopped at store to purchase materials and stopped to get my onlion order. I approached everyone is telling their stories and wasting time. 3 workers right at front desk: can be seen in picture that doing nothing. She said your order is not ready. I was shocked: came from fishers coz only that store has stock. At least when you are doing work then do honesty. Customer depends on you guys."
