"I used to love this store. It is the only store in Indy that (used to) know how to properly fit a bra. Unfortunately, the service has declined. I'll just go back to using Third Love. It takes longer to use online/mail services but Third Love's fit guarantee is worth it."

"If Zero stars were available, that is what I would give this store. After passing by many times, I decided it was time to go in for a fitting and purchase. Staff was very un welcoming. I should’ve known better and worked out at that point. I told her what I needed and they told me there would be a $10 nonrefundable fitting fee. I told her that was acceptable. She measured and brought in three bras. Tried them all on and did like one of them. I asked her if she felt the fit was good. In a very annoyed manner, she said yes it was. I asked her if she had any other recommendations. The answer was no. Her attitude was very disinterested. As I was checking out, another customer was purchasing bras. Her sales person explained to her the washing care, and how often to wear a bra before laundering it. She completed her transaction and left. The woman who waited on me, never mentioned the care to me. What she told the other customer was not anything I didn’t already know. The bra I bought is just OK. I thought about returning it, but I really didn’t want to deal with their poor customer service again. Stay away."

"I was visiting family in Indianapolis when the conversation shifted to ladies undergarments. My mother suggested we try to get a walk-in appointment on a Saturday one hour before closing. I was greeted promptly, and told that there was a wait time. Not more than 15 minutes later I was in a fitting room. The fitter was name, A’Jewelle. She listened to what type of undergarments I was shopping for and brought me three selections. I purchased two out of the three. I’m now upset that I didn’t purchase the third selection. The fitter was knowledgeable and hospitable in the midst of working with other customers. I suggest making an appointment. Glad to have a new resource for my undergarment needs. All the staff members were pleasant on my visit on 8/19/23."

"I HATE bra shopping just in general. Nothing ever fits and anything close to my size is always gray and frumpy. I’ve tried Torrid, Soma, and so many others and they all pale in comparison to Barbara’s. Barbara’s is the only place I will go to now! My stylist, Amber, did an amazing job finding me a size and matching to my style. The appointment was fast and comfortable and I couldn’t be happier! (Also the last time I was in was 3 years ago and the quality of the bras is unbeatable and I fully expect the bras I bought today to last just as long)"
