Reviews
"Nice place, well-fenced (the fence was replaced last year), access is controlled and limited to dogs/owners that have shown proof of vaccination. As we're entering Mud Season, they've put down straw to help mitigate it, which seems very reasonable. Obviously not every dog gets along with every other dog, but you'll deal with that at any dog park. Wish it had better bathroom facilities and maybe water within the park area for the dogs, but I'm very pleased with the park and will continue to bring my dog there."
"I was here at sunrise in January with my daughter's 3 large dogs. The dogs had been here before, and ran towards the entrance gate, excited to be back. There were no other dogs or people during our visit, but there were plenty of tennis balls to throw and plenty of room to chase them. There are agility challenges for dogs who are interested, shade and seats for the humans, trash cans and a well maintained facility."
"Was a nice big dog park. Plenty of room to run."
"Very spacious park so it never feels crowded. Love the tree area in the back as well. Could use more shade on those hot days and access to water, but my dog loves this place! :)"
"Members only park. You can purchase a pass from the Eagle Creek Park admin office, or what I did was buy an annual pass to four outdoor dog parks at the Broad Ripple Park admin office, which includes a pass here. Dogs are better for vaccinations when you buy a pass, so be sure to have a copy of your records. Of the dozen times I visited in the last month, I haven't run into any terrible dogs or behaviour. Definitely recommended if you've been training Fido well."
