"Within the first 2 minutes of speaking with Rosa, I knew she was someone very special. The kind and caring personality she possesses is becoming very difficult to find these days and is truly priceless in my mind. I had spent 3 days searching for a florist that could create a funeral floral piece that included the Blessed Mother. Rosa was the 8th florist I reached out to. We had unexpectedly lost a very dear, young cousin and my mom had very specific requests for the floral arrangement from our family. Within moments of speaking with Rosa, I felt like I knew her for 20 years... She asked about my cousin and what it was that mom was searching for. When I arrived at the funeral home yesterday, I walked into the room and just froze. There were 5 - 8 large sprays that I've always seen at funerals. Very pretty but not very original. Then my eyes captured the Pink Gratto. The Blessed Mother is standing in the center of a pink halo blanketed in pink and white flowers...all types of flowers! My cousins favorite color was pink. Huge roses, small roses, carnations, daisies and draped from the bottom, the softest waterfall of fresh ivy you've ever seen! Absolutely jaw dropping! There were people all around it passing around the card to see who sent it. People I didn't even know approached us to asked where our piece came from? Rosa, you are truly an artist!!! I know floral pieces sent to a funeral home is not a competition and I don't mean it to sound that way. Rather, I hope to portray Rosa's ability to grasp the hopes and desires of her customers and help them receive what they ask for as close as possible.
