"I will never purchase anything by Master spa as long as Michael Phelps has anything to do with this company. My late wife was heading home in March 20 2012. Even though she was sick she was wanting to stop at a restaurant called Buca di Beppo. My late wife knew that would be her last meal going out. She was 29 years old when she passed from breast cancer and may of 2012. However, in March 2022 she was heading home for hospice care. While at this restaurant we saw Michael Phelps. He was sipping on water wasn't eating I guess he had practice or some kind of swim meet there in town. He was with a large group of people which I understood he probably didn't want to be bothered. But my wife or my late wife wanted to meet him and have her picture taken with him. When I explain the situation with my late wife to Michael phelps, he quickly got an attitude with me and that attitude even went outside. My late wife was in to gymnastics and a swimmer herself, but nothing professional. It was always her dream to meet somebody in person who was in the Olympics. Sadly that dream was shattered before her eyes couple months before she passed. I will never give the time of day to anything that Michael Phelps endorses including Master spas. If you believe in fighting for those sick with breast cancer I encourage everybody to not do business with any company that Michael Phelps is involved with. Now this little store here in town on Dupont road might have nothing to do with him directly. However, they have everything to do with him indirectly. Hence the name and his face out front."

"Jim was an amazing help getting me the supplies I needed to drain and refill my hot tub. I went in thinking I knew what I needed, but he helped me to understand why I was not really ready to refill, especially with being on a well. Thanks to him for the direction I needed! If you have a hot tub of any kind, you definitely need to go see Jim at Master Spas on Dupont Road off Hwy 69, Fort Wayne."

"This is just a customer service review. ZERO backend service, pay thousands for a spa and continue to pay them for chemicals but buy a new hot tub cover and they won’t even deliver. So they expect me to rent a truck and then find a few people to carry to it to my hot tub. They have a fleet of trucks and cargo vans but can’t deliver, ridiculous. I plan on canceling and just buying it online from another company so it will be delivered."
